- The scheme ensures the provision of 3,800 tractors and 320 combine harvesters at Rythu Bharosa Centres (RBKs) spread across the state.
- Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has employed the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system to transfer a subsidy of Rs 175 crore into the bank accounts of 5,260 farmer groups, as an integral part of the scheme.
- The government will contribute a 40% subsidy, while also facilitating loans for 50% of the machinery expenses. The remaining 10% of costs will be borne by the farmer’s organization.
- The scheme integrates a network of 10,750 Rythu Bharosa Kendras (RBKs) designed to offer comprehensive support to farmers at every stage of their agricultural journey, from the initial seed planting to the final sale of their produce.
- The RBKs not only provide machinery such as tractors and harvesters but also cover various aspects of agricultural needs.
