Labour card scholarship 2023 is a new scholarship programme in the favour of students belongs from blue collar families (who use their physical strength to serve to their duties). This labour card scholarship is launched by minister of labour and employment. This programme provides with he financial aid. To put it another way, parents working in unorganized sectors or doing domestic and working in construction companies et cetera, will be able to continue their children on schools, colleges and other institutions for studying . Families earning the certain amount of money per year will be eligible for this scheme .In future , they can get admission in any prestigious courses in India . The money price for this scheme will be under Rs. 3 ,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-.

Objective of this scheme
The objective of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to the students whose parents are registered to unorganized sectors, so that the children can help their families with socio-economic stability . The scholarship help labourers and their families by reducing the financial difficulty for attending education. It will make it easy for students to cover educational expenditure . Students from primary schools to universities are eligible for this grant. The students are offered with scholarship amounts based on their class, courses and degree.

Eligible Criteria
- To be eligible for this scheme candidate must suits to the following criteria:
- Children parents must be Beedi, iron one manganese & chrome ore mines etc with at least six months of service .
- Students must be a member of a family with a valid labour card.
- The worker’s family’s income should not exceed more than 10,000 monthly.
Documents Required
- Copy of the front page of a cancelled check or bank passbook.
- Grade report card.
- Income certificate.
- A photo copy of employee’s identification card (in case of mineworkers)

- Go to the national scholarship portal’s official website.
- The home page will appear on your screen.
- Select the new registration option.
- Instructions will appear.
- Select the option “continue” given in menu.
- Enter all the required information i.e your name , birth date, phone number, gender, Email address , bank account information etc.
- Enter captcha.
- Now click on “register” from the menu.
- Now enter login info then select “application form” option.
- Type all the students information asked in the application form.
- Click on “save and continue”.
- Lastly, click on submit button.
